s velikim veseljem pozivamo vas da i ove godine budete dio Kulturnog ljeta 2025. na Drveniku Velom! Posebno vas pozivamo na izvedbe koje će se održavati ispred i u predivnoj crkvi svetog Jurja – biseru našeg nasljeđa, koja već više od 500 godina ponosno čuva duhovni i kulturni identitet našeg mjesta.
Sva događanja tijekom Kulturnog ljeta su besplatna, uključujući i organizirani prijevoz brodom, zahvaljujući inicijativi mještana, Mjesnog odbora i suradnji s turističkom zajednicom Grada Trogira. Ovaj program nastao je s ljubavlju, kako bismo zajedno slavili ljepotu umjetnosti, zajedništva i naše otočne baštine.
U duhu poštovanja prema prostoru u i oko crkve, molimo sve posjetitelje da, ako žele i mogu, ostave dobrovoljni prilog za crkvu svetog Jurja. Vaš doprinos pomoći će u očuvanju crkve, njezine unutrašnjosti, starih bandira i dragocjenog kipa naše Gospe, koji se već 150 godina čuva na otoku.
Zahvaljujući vašoj podršci, možemo zajedno doprinijeti da se ovaj vrijedni dio naše povijesti i vjere sačuva za buduće naraštaje.

mit großer Freude laden wir Sie auch dieses Jahr ein, Teil des Kultursommers 2025 auf Drvenik Veli zu sein! Besonders herzlich laden wir Sie zu den Veranstaltungen vor und in der wunderschönen Kirche des heiligen Georg (sveti Juraj) ein – einem Juwel unseres Erbes, das seit über 500 Jahren stolz die spirituelle und kulturelle Identität unseres Ortes bewahrt.
Alle Veranstaltungen im Rahmen des Kultursommers sind kostenlos, einschließlich des organisierten Bootstransports, dank der Initiative der Inselbewohner, des Ortskomitees und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fremdenverkehrsamt der Stadt Trogir. Dieses Programm ist mit viel Liebe entstanden, um gemeinsam die Schönheit von Kunst, Gemeinschaft und unserem Inselerbe zu feiern.
Aus Respekt vor dem sakralen Raum in und um die Kirche bitten wir alle Besucherinnen und Besucher, sofern sie möchten und es ihnen möglich ist, eine freiwillige Spende für die Kirche des heiligen Georg zu hinterlassen. Ihr Beitrag hilft dabei, die Kirche, ihr Inneres, die alten Kirchenfahnen sowie die kostbare Statue unserer Muttergottes zu erhalten, die seit 150 Jahren auf unserer Insel verehrt wird.
Dank Ihrer Unterstützung können wir gemeinsam dazu beitragen, dass dieses wertvolle Stück unserer Geschichte und unseres Glaubens auch zukünftigen Generationen erhalten bleibt.

Dear visitors and friends of our island,
With great joy we invite you to be part of the 2025 Cultural Summer on Drvenik Veli! We especially welcome you to the performances that will take place in front of and inside the beautiful Church of St. George – a true gem of our heritage, which has proudly preserved the spiritual and cultural identity of our community for more than 500 years.
All events during the Cultural Summer are free of charge, including organized boat transport, thanks to the initiative of the local residents, the Local Council, and in cooperation with the Tourist Board of the City of Trogir. This program was created with love, to celebrate the beauty of art, togetherness, and our island’s heritage.
Out of respect for the sacred space in and around the church, we kindly ask all visitors, if they wish and are able, to leave a voluntary donation for the Church of St. George. Your contribution will help preserve the church, its interior, the historic processional banners, and the precious statue of Our Lady, which has been kept on the island for 150 years.
Thanks to your support, we can together ensure that this valuable part of our history and faith is preserved for future generations.
